The final whistle gives all three points for Barcelona
as the hosts leave the Camp Nou with an easy home win against a 13-seed
Levante.
The game was eventually marked by the incredible performance
of the 17-year-old talent Ansu Fati who’s shown again to everyone that he can
compete at a very high level.

The hosts kept providing
huge offensive efforts during the first 45 minutes of the game against a solid
Levante defense.
Many occasions failed to give the sigh of relief for
the fans. A lot of missed chances worsened the manager’s plan. Until the
Spanish kid Ansu Fati scores the opener after a solo situation and there was no
chance for the goalkeeper to guard him. A very concise shot right between the
keeper’s legs, makes its way to the net to make it 1-0 for Barcelona.
Only fifty seconds later, Ansu comes for the rescue
again and doubles the lead thanks to an unstoppable shot with his left foot.
The young talent has definitely got a lot to prove in the coming years.
The second half has had the same rhythm and knew a lot
of occasions especially Messi who threatened the Levante defense, but the shots
were either deflected or saved by the keeper.
Just one minute before the final whistle, Ruben
Rochina spoils the clean sheet and scores a screamer while Ter Stegen had no
way to save it. However, we can say that Barcelona is improving on a regular
basis on both ends. Quique is obviously carrying a heavy set of burdens, he
needs to reflect his philosophy on the pitch and satisfy the fans.
Ansu Fati shines once again and gets the Man of the
Match award for scoring the two winning goals as he became the youngest player
ever to score a brace in Laliga. Ansu, aged 17 years and 90 days, surpassed the
record which was previously held by Juanmi Jimenez in 2010.
